We see our patients by appointment only but if you’re in pain, our philosophy is to try and see you that day on an emergency basis. 

If you cannot keep your reserved appointment time, please call at least 24 hrs. in advance BUT please keep in mind that this could push your treatment out due to our busy schedule resulting in something small becoming more serious and costly.

We make all efforts to honor the appointment times so we expect the same from our patients.

A treatment plan is given to you as an estimate of needed treatment/work.  The following payment options are available:

• Cash
• Check ($30 return fee)
• Credit cards 
• Pre-pay – This is where you, the patient, can pay on account for future treatment.  Basically, it’s a treatment lay away plan.  You build up credit and then your portion is paid at the time of treatment.
• Healthcare Financing  (see below)
• Dental Plans/Insurance (see below)

Dental plans are designed to assist in paying part of the dental treatment cost.  It is not designed to pay for all treatments.  The deductible and patient portions are expected at each visit.  We will be happy to submit your claims but you are responsible to know your individual policy.

Sorry, we do not accept Title 19.

We are a Delta Dental PPO and accept most other dental benefit company plans.
